Dr. Kaylee Alton, ND, BPhE is a licensed and regulated naturopathic doctor with over 12 years of clinical experience helping people transform their health. She has additional training and a special focus in chronic and complex digestive, immune and hormone health cases with her prescribing licence to support patients with hormone replacement therapy, when needed.
She practices 100% virtually, supporting patients in Ontario, Quebec and the Yukon. She guides her clients in building sustainable habits, understanding their hormones, and using nutrition, education, supplements, medication, hydrotherapy, and referrals for physical therapy to support shifting their biochemistry to get the body functioning well again. She has collaborated with physicians at Women's College Hospital and Scarborough General Hospital, in Toronto - and gone on to run her own clinic privately. She works closely with physicians and specialists and believes everyone should have a family doctor and a naturopathic doctor.
Dr. Kaylee Alton, maintains her license and is regulated by the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Ontario.
She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Yukon Association of Naturopathic Doctors (YAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the Quebec Association of Naturopathic Medicine (QANM).
She has received additional training in hormone therapy and Women's health, from doctors trained from the International Menopause Society, formerly North American Menopause Society (NAMS), Mold and Mycotoxicity training and training in treating Lyme disease and associated viral infections from the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS).

How We are Different

Our approach is different from traditional healthcare. We take a comprehensive approach to assessing your body, from a holisitic and functional lens and focus on setting you up for a health transformation in the first 8-24 months, with a clear, structured plan.
We give you multiple treatment tools to create a synergistic effect, over a period of time, to see specific symptoms change. We teach you how to monitor improvements in your health, and use our communication portal to help you track changes.
We can provide private pay blood lab and functional lab testing, and work with a nurse practitioner to provide government covered blood lab requisitions and prescriptions when needed.
New patients typically need 4 consults within the first 9-11 months of care. These are typically booked at month 1, 2, 5 and 8. We'll ask you to book in advance, to save a spot for you in the calendar, and adjust the appointment time as needed, based on availability.
Our Naturopathic Approach is for you if:
You're between the ages of 18-65
You know your health is your responsibility
You're interested in assessing your nutrition literacy and making food changes if needed
You're open to taking supplements for a specific period of time, to evaluate the impact on your health, through monitoring symptoms and objective measurements

Who We Are
I’m a naturopathic doctor with a focus on digestive and hormone health. I keep my training up annually, by different experts in various fields in medicine and through my registered naturopathic license requirements. I want to bring this expertise to you.

/month, for 2 months followed by 8 monthly payments of $95
10 month initial care plan, 1 x Initial Consult up to 60min and 3 x standard follow-up consults, up to 45min
